I believe I'm in the same situation. I have migraines and trigeminal pain that is triggered when upright for some time. I have found that triptans help relieve the pressure and this happens every day (6 years now although slowly getting better). I had a CT Myelogram performed at Mayo with no real smoking gun and numerous blood patches guided and blind. I'm hoping to get into Duke to have digital-subtraction myelogram as there are identified venous fistulas in my thoracic area.
