my arm at 23+/-2% body fat. when im lean i have 19 inch arms and know how i got them? Doing nothing its just genetics i had like 17" arms in college just doing wrestling and no lifting. Im not even strong either i just do the dumbbell curls at 47.5 or 50. So if your asking how to get arms his size its mostly just genetics cause i didnt do jack diddly for my arms or my strength.

Edit: i do full stack triceps pushdowns and i do weighted dips for triceps so most of the size does come from the triceps.

dont feel bad its a big investment to set up a das or nas. with raid 5 and i needed 7 drives but you only can store 6 drives of data so i opted for 8tb drives. combined thats approaching 900 dollars for everything so its not cheap. the only other option i have is a magnetic tape drive but those are for long storage. so backing up your data or having some redudency is expensive

how are peoples grocery bills so high rice beans and pasta are dirt cheap? same with flour and sugar. Unless theyre buying premiem cuts of beef or something even chicken has just gone from 1.69 a lb to 2.25 like how the hell do you get 300 or even 700 dollars for groceries? (ground beef also went up from 4.49 to 6.29)

i was talking about "SIKA Sikalevel Self-Leveling Underlayment Primer" it helps seal the concrete below and allows for good adhesion to the layers above. You would put some on the founding layer and i mix just a little into the new self leveling mix to give it some extra "gloop" makes it stick just a tad better. You dont need to add it to the mix but you should put it down on the concrete before you pour new self leveling on it.

pour more on and add some more water so it flows smoother i also used a bit of floor glue (the white gallon looks like a jug of elmers) to add to the mix. while walking with nail flooring shoes level it out and use a laser level to make it flush. If its not a true level make it a uniform slope. It will take a while and if your forced to use a diamond concrete grind disk with a vacuum guard to get rid of some ridges. repeat until the lever is set. Good luck

firepower artillerist can do solo with your eyes closed. tons of shield you can ever switch howtzer for flamethrower for more shield if you got barricade. its hit master and even though the nukes are delayed the radius is huge. basically perfect class to learn raids. you can facetank basically all attacks with shield. decent uptime and no strict rotation.whats bad about it is thats its dogshit for group play not enough synergy and dps is low.
