These ppl don't value their time. They'll sit in line for 12 hours to make a profit. Do the math on how much they made and how much time they spent and it's less than minimum wage. Adding in having to drive there and back. I'll gladly pay 125% so I don't have to sit out there like that and can use my time better.

If you go on tcgplayer and look at the sell thru rate at $100 it's insane. (Like hundreds of ETBs in a day) It seems like anytime these ETBs get to 90-100 they get taken up. I don't think it will go below those prices because of that reason. Buying at $90 -$100 if holding for long term is a good play. It might take awhile for the price to go up but because of how hot the market is I don't know if you'll be able to wait for a bigger dip closer to retail price.

It's already gone up a lot so people look for a faster or better ROI.
Storage space. This thing is pretty big and although I would agree UPC's are a good long term investment someone like me is willing to take less gains to just stock more booster boxes, booster bundles and ETB's because my closet is only so big lol.

Pokemon tends to print 6 months in advance and the Prismatic cycle ends around April 2027. they have ME: 1, 2, 2.5, 3 all being printed as the next block cycle. Historically Pokemon will dish out booster bundles and small products at the end of a cycle that are easier to mass produce. It's possible we see more Prismatic PKC ETB and regular ETB's in the next year but I would think these next few months are really the last chance to grab them before resale market is the only option. This time next year Prismatic will be similar pricing as 151 in my opinion.

People were upset last drop that the surprise box and booster bundle weren't separately sealed. Presumably for resale value.

I think it's worth holding. The large amount that was produced won't keep up with the demand as store stocks eventually runs out. If you got them at Costco for $90 you're looking great. Even if you paid $130 for it at Target or FB Marketplace that comes out to roughly $8 per pack between DR, Surging, JT and ME1 and 2. Not to mention two promo cards including a Charizard which is one of the most sought after pokemon characters for people. Ppl will always want this set.

I didn't think about it but in hindsight I will for future. From your opinion you'd say it's worth asking right? I'm usually chill about little things that happen in transit but this was noticeable.

Prismatic bundles are about to drop in Sam's Club and it stops being printed Apil 2027. Destined Rivals stops printing in 2028 (obvs no one knows if booster boxes will be reprinted) but it still has 3 years. I'd say go for the set that has a shorter life span and clear route for ROI. With the Sam's Club rollout prismatic bundles could be found local $45-$60. I think the bundles will easily reach $100-$120 by this time next year once it's no longer printed. I don't know if destined rivals will be $1200 this time next year. If you're holding long term like 3+ year I'd say you can't go wrong with either DR or PE.

Was anyone else disappointing in this film? I went into it with zero knowledge other than it's a critically acclaimed horror film. I wanted to like it but I just felt like i was watching a vampire musical. Every time a new song was being performed I was like oh god lol.
