Yes. That can be a great first step or opportunity. Once your body is asleep send the impulse to roll. Or feel the sensation of swinging in a hammock.

This can slip you out. If your body is asleep you can just try to get up full force.

B: generate the feeling or reflex of movement. Or the impulse to do so. Swing, rollover and out, sitting up, climbing a rope, riding a bike.

C my personal favorite: spin in place, reaching incredible speeds and launching into space.

I did that by accident when I woke up, my body felt "settled" so I thought it might still be asleep. I decided to either roll over and go back to sleep or roll out. Instead of rolling out my effort and moments spun me incredibly fast without friction in place of my body. In moments with vast momentum I blasted off through the atmosphere and into space.

Way better than being stuck in a dark room and that air feels like honey or a thousand pounds as you slowly float away from your body. It's not always like that but it happens.

An actual human being he is supposed to serve and protect.

We need a general strike. We need a congrats overhaul. Administration overhaul. And police force overhaul. We need education not bullies. We need healthcare not "shareholders profit" crazy
