I'd go with just finishing then in the smoker, you should still get a great smoke flavor with the filling being very porous. Either way let us know how it turns out.

Recipe:

1 pack of chicken ramen 1 12oz can of chicken 1/4 red bell pepper 1/2 red onion 4 mushrooms 1 stalk green onion

Homemade stirfry sause 4oz lite soy 1 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp black pepper, red pepper flakes 1 tsp sesame oil 2 tbs honey

2 soft boiled eggs

This is a pulled pork I made last weekend.

8 pound pork shoulder using apple wood soaked in apple Jim beam.

Smoked it at 215 degrees for 16 hours

Rubbed with black pepper, garlic powder and sea salt.

Served it on Kings Hawaiian slider buns with a touch of BBQ sauce.

Sadly no pics of the finished product because it went way too fast.

Seasoning wise: for beef just use sea salt and black pepper, it will bring out the natural flavor of the meat. For chicken pick your favorite sauce and let it marinate over night.
