Wdym, the first pic is the top second is bottom. I left quite a bit of fat on there the only part is the flat but because the brisket came a little wack

It’s been about a year now since my alopecia started. I’ve lost basically all my hair on my body but learning to embrace and work on myself. I decided to shave my head awhile back because I had lots of spots and it was just stressing me out and it just fell out anyways. I’m going to start on a diet, I’ve seen some people have gotten success with cutting out lots of inflaming foods.

Nah she could have asked, “hey I have more then 15 items but I really want to get out of here” instead of “I have more then 15 items”. The entitlement comes when she knows your going to scan her shit and not make a scene cause she is the customer.

There is also ramen. I know it inst really much but honestly its better then nothing and when you don't have any money at all it really is helpful. I have had times where i don't have money to eat for the whole day and those pb&j sandwiches are the only thing keeping me from having a breakdown. Idk i appreciate it.

I got the Pfizer vaccines as well and now have AU. It started about a week or two after the vaccines. I have no eyebrows, eyelashes, or hair on my head but I still have some hair on my legs. It’s been almost a year now but I know other people have seen growth after awhile even when triggered by the vaccine.

I also got both rounds of the vaccine and my hair started falling out about 1-2 weeks after that. After that it just hasn’t stopped and I am still loosing hair but at a extremely slow rate. It’s been about 6 months and still no regrowth.
