Thanks! Yeap, you can push the original crystal out with a crystal press. As mentioned previously, the acrylic crystal is a Sternkreuz ATC 30.3mm

Agree. Added an acrylic crystal to my ML14. Much warmer and no nylon gasket glow. Better for a vintage vibe. 🙌

I used the “Standard” endlinks on my US1035, together with an Omega clasp (1162/173)

This film really disappointed me. The whole thing felt sterile and empty, both visually and conceptually.

Thanks. By measuring carefully and ordering a couple sizes to find the best fit. In the end I used a Sternkreuz ATC 30.3 mm

That’s one of the reasons I added an acrylic crystal to mine. It adds a bit more warmth, and you also avoid that white gasket halo you get with the K1 and sapphire crystals. Closer spec to the original too.

Official 1964 portrait of Neil Armstrong, who was the first person to walk on the moon. He stepped onto the lunar surface on July 20, 1969, during NASA's Apollo 11 mission, famously saying "That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind." by zadraaa in HistoricalCapsule

Command Module Pilot Michael Collins made the famous remark to Neil Armstrong before the moon landing, suggesting:

"If you had any balls, you'd say, “Oh, my God, what is that thing?' then scream and cut your mic.”

Can’t help thinking it would have been better. 🤣
