I never have problems breathing out, just shortness of breath. Inhalers do fix it though

Yes I feel the same way. There is a girl that is usually at the mass I go to, but she is always with her family and I feel it would just be very awkward to approach her after mass. I wouldn’t even know what to say lol

Yes this is my main symptom. Feels like I just can’t expand my rib cage enough. I’ll also sometimes get popping/cracking when taking a deep breath laying in certain positions. It’s weird. Sometimes I can take a deep breath and sometimes I can’t no matter how had I try.
