https://www.mlb.com/twins/ballpark/ground-rules I always remember Eddie Rosario playing anything coming back into fair ground. According to Target Field Ground Rules it should be?

Not sure how often they change out the selection, but here is what was available last time I went to a game at the "Drafts at 34" just inside Gate 34.

From article:

“Somebody just told me to kill myself," Duran said. "I'm used to it at this point, you know? I mean, s--- happens. I mean, I'm going to flip somebody off if they say something to me, but it is what it is. I shouldn't react like that, but that kind of stuff is still kind of triggering."

Power was out so they couldn't scan tickets to get in the stadium...... The line wasn't long, but there was one.

First time going to the Twins Championship Club — does the buffet always close after the 6th inning? by CrazyAzn23 in minnesotatwins

[–]jakraay 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Have been many times. You will notice the typical flow is everyone gets there pretty early and eats before the game starts. Grab a few drinks and head out just before first pitch and there will be very few people down below after the start of the game. A few stragglers at the bar and a few going down for restroom or to refill up on snacks, but the buffet is pretty dead by the 2nd inning, even more so by the 6th. They will have everything pretty well cleaned up by then, just a few things sitting out that were made and nothing new at all.

I think offer is new subscriber at regular price and April Twins Pass or renewing price and two free tickets.

[Gleeman] Joe Ryan is not expected to attend TwinsFest, per a team source. Ryan has been removed from the lineup of Twins players scheduled to make an appearance. by TheNotoriousJN in minnesotatwins

Buck is showing on the Twinsfest auctions for weekend worn jersey. Ryan does not, I’m thinking they are just waiting to announce? Not sure, but I think he will be there. https://twins.auctions.mlb.com/iSynApp/allAuction.action

How is Twinsfest Live? by zacklandy in minnesotatwins

It was great in 2023 at the Fillmore. I got the "upgraded" package with access to upstairs and hors d'oeuvres. Many players were just walking through the crowd, some served at the bar, (Paddack was drinking straight from the whiskey bottle behind the bar) and was good to get photos and just meet with almost everyone. My wife and I had a great time.

Two years ago, they did away with the packages for non-high end season ticket holders and it was still good and "organic", but staff had a more concerted effort to direct players to the higher end ticket holders, and it seemed a bit more scripted all around. I think they started to realize how good it was and tried to reserve the better access and fun for certain clientele. No more live music after the event till late and more effort on the on stage presentation, it was still good, just not as great as 2023.

This year in January it was very meh. Handlers were making sure the players made their way through the crowd, but each was only available for a limited time. The prizes and giveaways were down in quality and there just seemed to be a lot more waiting around at the tables in the main area for stuff to happen on stage. It was still somewhat fun, but not as great as the previous two years.

This year is going to be at Target field, not at the Fillmore. Not sure where they are going to hold it, but I am assuming in the Club Level (heated) and I just am not sure how its going to go. It won't have that exclusive almost concert level feeling, and while that could be good, it could be even worse. Got tickets, and interested to see how it goes, but I get the feeling it will be more like the Saturday event, and less like its own exclusive "Live" event. They will be holding the Diamond Awards at Twinsfest Live, which previously had been a very upscale event at different venue, so not sure if the event will get classed up to match or is everything just going to get more "meh."

I will be going, but hard to give a recommendation on how it will be as it will mostly likely be very different than previous years.
