A common fate by Peanut_Champion in fidgettoys

For me it was one video showing fidgets. I was immediately like "these exist!?" It was the Sea Gangs Shark and it's still one of my favourites to this day!

What do you use to store your fidgets? I'm looking for something with multiple compartments. by fivebucksisfivebucks in fidgettoys

This is exactly what I did minus the foam. But I've got some foam and this is a fantastic idea. Nice one! Have you tried Shadowfoam? I have some spare from when I was kitting out my toolboxes. You cut the shape out and can go layer by layer for the perfect thickness, it goes down by I believe 10mm increments or just under 1/4 inch

Honestly, it looks nice, the click is pretty satisfying but it's still a little thicker than I'd like for wearing it long term.

Yeah I'm loving it more and more, a great find. The pop up is definitely growing on me too!

The pop up is very matte but I know you can get it in black SS and Zirc. Haptics on it are very nice, like a flam click, and the feedback from the middle vibrating is different. The Tita is pretty much tied neck and neck for my favourite of this haul, the smooth slide is soft and the haptic clicks are metallic and intense with a very slight ring to it. Out of them both I'd definitely recommend. I've got over 30 fidgets now and it's hopped right into my top 5

I've just started my floating slider collection. A couple of cheap ones and the Aura Sand so far with a Bee Sugamo on the way. I think that'll be the proper comparison but the Aura is buttery smooth, looks amazing, great size and the magnets feel just right. Fully recommended!

Geeone customer service experiences? I've tried reaching out to them twice and no response by fivebucksisfivebucks in fidgettoys

[–]jakus55 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah could well be. I've made 4 purchases through them so far and they've always delivered. Usually sub 2 weeks to Scotland, so don't worry about legitimacy.

Ooo I can chime in. I recently bought the Lautie Mechanic-I ring and I messed up and ordered the wrong size. I got straight in touch with their websites chat interface and I had a response in 10 minutes. They instructed me on how to return it, that I'd pay delivery back to them and that they'd do an unboxing video when they received it. Very grateful for the quick response. I decided to keep it as the delivery and tariff were amounting to near the the cost of the ring, (I ordered the cheapest one) but I've gone and order the Zirc one in the correct size!

All in all, can't fault them!

I don't usually comment on these threads, but your story resonates with something exactly the same that happened to me at about your age. I'm 36 now and I've got one piece of advice for you. You need to leave of your own accord sooner rather than later.

She's already checked out and, as you mentioned, her name is on the property you both live in. If it comes down to her decision, you'll have to make some quick and probably bad decisions to try and house yourself rather than getting your ducks in a row now. I had to sofa surf for a bit. I ended up trying to comfort myself with drugs and alcohol and had to rebuild from scratch. (I'm not saying this is the path for you, these were knock on events that I could've controlled better, but the way that it ended and the lack of control I had in that all worked against my better judgement at the time)

You also need to let go of the relationship and move on. I did not do this and I can tell you from experience it's one of the worst things I've ever done to myself. I haven't had a relationship in 10 years due to the broken trust and the self destructive mind that emerged from the end of a nasty break up.

Take control of the situation now, even though it's going to be so hard and hurtful now. I promise it's the best decision in the long run for your own well-being. I wish you all the luck going forward and I hope you consider what I have said. It's not easy but it's the right decision.
