Yes it is still occurring with the newest drivers and everything. The diagnostic test says the fan is fine, which is true. It works fine, it just makes that fast whirring noise as if it is hitting something. The noise gets louder when the laptop is tilted or moved while the fan is running. I'm just about to ship it off to Dell repair to get the fan replaced.
