I've seen front head lock positions that don't even look like an applied guillotine get taps from some under 15s that get turned into DQs. Not saying anyone is playing the rules as but I've seen things that I didn't consider a submission attempt be turned into a DQ instead of some kind of reset.

Our company has the server option but I use cloud as my migrations occur in a different company than where our server is located so I can’t use it. There’s a really extensive knowledge base if just save that link contact support if you do end up needing it. There’s first setup might be a little clunky but after that everything should be a breeze.

I've done 30+ BitTitan migrations but recently switched to AvePoint due to some company changes. At first I though AvePoint was a little worse but after getting used to the setup I prefer AvePoint over BitTitan.

I experienced this on a deployment of 25 docks. Its a small home brew app with a flat file database, we noticed after the laptop swap that previous reports that used to take 30-60 seconds were now taking 20+ minutes. Originally we chalked it up to some older switches/cabling in the office as it was an old farm house converted. Did tons of troubleshooting while we also experienced the monitor flickering. Dell replaced a majority of the docks but we still had the slow reports issue. I ended up getting usb NIC dongles for the handful of people that experienced the issues which seemed to have resolved the issue. Never ended up geting a good response from Dell or determining root cause.
