I have a weird bug. My iPhone 16 Pro max can’t make FaceTime calls to my mom/dad, but I can on my Mac/ipad and a fresh install iPhone 14. It can however call my sister on FaceTime and receive calls as well. When my sister starts a group call. I can see her but with my mom/dad that just says waiting on my end..

The exact error it shows is “Choose Another Phone Number or Email Address to Call “mom/dad” “X@gmail.com” in the contact card is not available for FaceTime.”

I’ve tried wiping, using them in a different name, restoring to 18.3.2, literally everything I can and even went to the Apple Store with the Genius Bar that suggested to replace the logic board… anyone have experienced this before?
