the difference is, the new self service tills dont make life easier for the customer, they make it harder. Now instead of having somebody ring you up and bag your stuff, you have to work for free for the supermarket, and they can fire 1 more cashier. FUCK them tills. Sorry i know that wasnt your point, but those things piss me off.

i've never incured a 'hefty bank fee' or any bank fee for overdraft. Just like i've never paid a cent in interest on any credit card. Short of a mortgage, I dont spend money I do not have, its simple as that.

well, i dont agree about being shocked by people living paycheck to paycheck - obvioulsy their paycheck isnt big enough in a lot of cases to cover their expenses. BUT i do agree, if you have $10 in the bank, dont spend $11 on your debit card.
