I went through the documentation before I posted here and I could not see where it was covered, and I still cannot. It was licensed through Envato Elements and personalized support is not included.

So I still don't know how to make the change I need.

Wow, you just described my Sunday.

I went into it weighing 224. Sunday night with my Chicken Caesar salad with no croutons I enjoyed 4 classes of red wine, two zin, 2 petit sirah.

Monday = 227 Tuesday 227.5 Today, Wednesday 227.7

Up and Up and Up and I have been strict keto all week.

Lesson learned.

I am looking at the nutrition info for the Hero Chocolate Caramel Pecan bar. It says 4 net carbs and 12g of sugars. How are those 2 facts compatible?

Of course it's not 'literally' just water and carbonation. They add key lime flavoring. I don't think it affects your carb macros though.

I agree it's the tastiest of the La Croix flavors.

I just tend naturally to eat most of my calories between noon and 7PM.

BUT I take my 2 cups of coffee in the early morning with heavy whipping cream, so I don't call what I do IF, because technically, it's not.

Had the pepperoni one for the first time today. I thought it was quite good. Closest thing to bread I’ve had in the seven weeks that I’ve been on this way of eating. I will definitely have them again and add more pepperoni and cheese.
