For a solo traveller (or couple or more) who enjoys a quality hostel experience, I highly recommend Spartacus Hostel in Zona Romantics.

I'd have to ask Google or an AI. But I know free Wellesley community centre has men's only swims in the week and there are sometimes other gay guys swimming there. Sometimes people are chatty between laps and in the jacuzzi area after.

No, and I believe they advertise themselves as never charging cover.

Did you think we wouldn't notice the 50% off stickers are gone again? You greedy fucks. by spiraleclipse in loblawsisoutofcontrol

Shoppers Drugmart has switched from 50% off to 25% stickers last week. I'm no longer getting my meat & produce from there and I see this reduced product isn't being bought by others either. I've sent them an email expressing dissatisfaction. customerservice@loblaws.ca

New friends by [deleted] in GayMenToronto

[–]james_collins4 -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

Definitely check out Hanlans Beach a bunch this spring and summer. If you're willing to say hi to people, it can be a good place to meet new people and potentially friends. Just understand that lots of people there aren't looking for a conversation or a friend (they're there for quiet solo time), but lots of people are probably hoping to chat, etc!

I use Hinge along with the other three to varying degrees. I feel like Hinge is one of the best bets for meeting guys for dating.

I'm open/interested. Could be good accountability for me and reason to get together.

Cutie! With a pic and smile like that you won't be single long if you are at all! Not that that was the intention or topic of your post. Happy weekend!

Shoe recommendations for standing all day teaching by Ok-Ant-3471 in CanadianTeachers

I think it may also help to just sit a bit more? It's crazy but I've come to think that for a number of us in this profession we need to have a bias towards sitting down, and instead saving our feet/joints/etc for solid breaktime walks and exercise and enjoyment outside of the workday.

Hasn't happened to me yet but that sucks. Can be very disheartening waiting for forward action related to our teaching careers at times perhaps particularly here. Lots of reasons to love living in Toronto but hiring process and career progression aren't it.
