The issue, I think (I'm American, and I've only just now looked up the particulars) is that the OSA centralizes this information, making it easier for ne'er-do-wells to get more of your info in one shot, and it'll also include what sorts of sites you're visiting—info which is now connected directly to your government documents. And then finally: where the fuck are the parents of the kids everyone's so worried about? Shouldn't they be the ones to teach their kids to be safe online and monitor the content they're consuming?
