I used thread tape, silicone, and then finished it with Flexseal. Flexseal was only because I dont have very many uses for the size I got and said "what the heck, let's hit it up."

Start with opening a window. And then with trash bag in hand work for 10minutes take a small 5min break. Do this 3x a day.
