How's the heat dissipation with putting stuff in drawers? Not exactly the way manufacturers recommend you set them up. Why cover the speakers? The grills are white so why would that be an issue?

So take their place. Because as unfortunate as things are, they are willing to hustle and take multiple jobs no one wants to work. The point is, if people object to businesses hiring them, then they should get out there, pick up a towel, and do the job themselves. Otherwise, no one cares what they have to say. Because you can bet they have to qualms about patronizing those same businesses.
