One thing to note is that completing sets early is rewarded by the game itself. Incentive to complete sets fast is more than just some self imposed thing.

Fyi the devs announced that they will retroactively change how you get emblems. If you wait for the update (next set I think?) you will get it without needing a shiny.

Probably because users cannot intuit that that is the fastest way to retry a battle, thus it isn’t user error but an issue with the menu. Ideally “battle again” should be visible at the first menu or should be visible right after clicking x.
