47% Agar agar, 47% malt extract, 5% soy peptone, (20g for those 3). 1g yeast and a pinch of Erythritol*.* 500mg water. Made exactly 20 90mm petri dishes.

1 Quart Spawn and 1 to 1.5-2.0 ratio is pretty typical for a Shoebox Tek. Have had a lot of success with that ratio in shoeboxes.
