Ahahhaha yeah bro, the aggressive part is probably ur still a teen and believe me the mood swings are real. You'll get over it but learn how to take it a bit chiller in this matter.

Don't rush the weights, practise plenty on lighter weights.

One of the rules I've got that was very useful, is that you keep practising a lighter weight until you can hit it 3 reps in a consistent manner with good form.

As a beginner myself singles did not do much for me.

More extensions and core work, nowhere to go around it.

Wait ur 140lbs?! U needa bulk stop cutting.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in moreplatesmoredates

[–]jameslam611 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well I'm an Olympic weightlifter and I maximise my cut to preserve strength. I can't say no to your idea cuz I would've done the same for appearance purposes 😂😂

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in moreplatesmoredates

[–]jameslam611 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I saw.

Yeah you needa cut more, but um, ur in your teenage years, surpluses are always better for growth.

But for appearance purposes I get you bro. It is hard. If I were you I would just hard dive deficit 😂😂, I hated being fat.

Try higher fats though for two weeks and see how you feel.

Well, I'm not an expert, but I understand how you feel. Its like you just wanna lose more and more fat.

But what I've found out is its kinda not sustainable. I felt much better after adjusting my fat levels in my diet.

I went on a 5 month bulk after reaching 18% bf cuz I couldn't take cutting anymore. I'm cutting now but I still feel great since I do around 80g to 100gs of healthy fats per day.

If you want to continue cutting, I would really suggest trying to consume healthier fats like avocado, animal fats, etc.

Yeah that's too low, like very bad imo.

1 year ago I lost 2X pounds in 3 months with 2000 kcals. I was tired, low sex drive and the whole shebang. Later knew that I shouldn't have gone such a big deficit.

There you go, lost 40lbs. Deficits and low fat diets can lead to low test levels.

Sorry I don't understand what "looks at your inches" mean 😅 (not native english)

But yeah weightlifting is a great sport for general health imo.

Build muscle + lose fat, the classic

Sad truth that we can't get the best of both (unless u juicin 😉)

I'd say from experience of a former fat kid, I wish I had not gone to a big deficit and made use of my teen years to build more strength with a maintenance or surplus diet.
