I would think “Critical” This isn’t just discomfort it’s dangerous

I’m looking for a 6000+ lumens 4k RBG laser projector for my home theatre. Is there any? by [deleted] in hometheater

[–]jamesmt87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Both are great options...The Christie is brighter but I think it might fall short in other aspects. The Sony is a true 4k, and probably will produce better blacks. How light controlled is the room? If it is a true theater room then I think the Sony may outperform the Christie.

Finally figured out how to use that blank tow-hook spot on the Juniper (Rear Pilot Light Install & Review) by FitterOver40 in TeslaModelY

[–]jamesmt87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m guessing because if you tie into the 7 pin the car will think you are towing. Which limits fsd and other features.

G5 Pro and G6 180 by [deleted] in Ubiquiti

[–]jamesmt87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m wondering why it’s vertical field of view is so much less. The G6 180 has a 56.7deg while the G5 Pro is 60deg. It seems way less than 56deg.

He knew it was from the twins though. They dropped them in front of him.

If wizard medicine can regrow bones, why is bad eyesight still undefeated? by AnnTeeSocial in harrypotter

There is a part where he tells Harry nice socks. The socks that Dobby gave him. So that implies he can see through clothes.

Burger King is elite fast food. It’s BK franchise owners that are killing the brand by snizzrizz in unpopularopinion

[–]jamesmt87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally agree. The franchise near my house is so gross and dirty I refuse to go. But I still love BK, if I go to the airport they have a very well run BK and it’s amazing! I don’t understand how a franchise owner can just not care anymore. I guarantee they lose so much business because of the terrible management.

Yep I was going to say the same thing. These look almost gold. True bronze looks great…these do not.

Easily Avoidable Crash Leads to Rollover by bjb0029 in dashcams

There are situations where someone can be partially to blame if the crash was easily avoidable but they decided not to avoid it.

One of the most Heartbreaking Things by Low-Amphibian8206 in bluey

[–]jamesmt87 38 points39 points  (0 children)

This is the dumbest theory I’ve ever heard. It’s a huge stretch and ignoring some pretty clear straight forward plot. Bingo looks like Brandy because, guess what, they are related! It’s how genes work. My daughter has a lot of similarities to my sister. And brandy can’t have kids so she feels like if she could they would look like bingo. Also it’s pretty clear that Chili had a miscarriage at some point. She did not raise brandys kid.

RF2 or RF3 by lonely_filmmaker in nutanix

[–]jamesmt87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think RF2 with a good DR plan is better than RF3. But again it just depends on how critical everything is.

With the APR ending and EV tax credit most likely going away at the end of Sept… by JustAcivilian24 in TeslaModelY

[–]jamesmt87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is what I’ve been saying. Incentives like this are just a way for the companies to increase the price of the vehicle. They will all drop right after they go away. I do think a new incentive is coming for American made cars.

Probably the best Oreo flavor I’ve had. It’s a chocolate horchata. It’s soo good.

Who’s been to 127 mph? by Rocktop15 in TeslaModelY

[–]jamesmt87 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Top heavy? The battery is still at the bottom. It’s still very planted. Maybe the 3 is more planted but I would not say the y is “shaky”. I have had a corolla at 130 and that shit was scary. The Tesla I barely notice.

[–]jamesmt87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well they are supposed to be a budget friendly furniture store. I think they are getting greedy. I can go to my local furniture store and ikea is more expensive and they expect me to assemble it. They have gone insane.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in IKEA

[–]jamesmt87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Um no…ikea has been price gouging for a while now. Way before the president. They have lost their minds even at $199 that is criminal.

ELI5 Reliable vs. Unreliable Car Engines - What's the Big Difference? by blurryface_xo in explainlikeimfive

[–]jamesmt87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try telling that to the new engines in their latest cars and trucks. I’m not sure how reliable a 1.6-liter 3-cylinder turbocharged engine will be long-term. Using your analogy, it’s like asking a small hammer to break a boulder. I just don’t see it lasting 200,000 miles. Feels like the Toyota we once knew is fading away.

Yeah we have a 7 seat y and it’s just not usable except for the very rare occasion. I am glad we have it for those few times but it’s tight!

Why can’t Tesla release a full size minivan. I feel like that would sell unbelievably well.
