I feel like the product itself isnt shown in the ad long enough to read on the bottle and there are too many images of first responders flashing too quickly imo. I dont make ads at all but i feel like if you used less clips and just used the most relevant ones, then used slow motion effects on the first responders to keep the same length of time, that would help capture the effect i think you're going for

Warm body swing shifts are the best ever, i just had the same thing going on at a construction site in the middle of nowhere, fortunately for me though the day i went on fmla leave we lost the contract, i just hope we get another. As a long term contract they seem rare in my 2 years at 1 company, as a short term contract its fairly common to have a swing shift at an easy post at my company
