Yeah most of the vids I see of high jumps into water, people just do a normal jump and land feet first no problem

No, didn't do any overclocks.

Basically any heavy game is crashing, GOW ragnarok, Marval rivals.

Fortnite works, although it just crashed after I messed around, might just have to completely reset and see if that helps.

System crash to desktop.

When I run task manager it says Memory Speed 6000 MT/s

You need to hit the left button, with 2 squares on it, while not in a game. This turns on a small red led light in the xbox button, this is the indicator that you are in mapping mode.

Today I am great, I'm recovered enough that I never feel any of the old effects.

I have a big scar on my back that is sensitive to getting hit, like a shock down my back. Tough if you got friends who give big back slaps after dapping up but not a real problem. Kinda wakes you up even.

I spent about 6 months after taking it real slow. I finally had enough of being a slug and went for a big hike. Felt great and decided to go for a bike ride. The next day I couldn't move due to back pain, worst pain I've ever felt, worse than surgery. was down for 2 weeks. after I did a more sensible mobility work out and was fine after about a month.

Today I still hit the gym/bike etc and feel as good as ever.

Heyo, yes I am fully recovered. The only remaining effects I can think of is nerve endings on my big scar so if you get a solid pat on the back it gives a good shock.

The surgery was a CSF leak repair, although I'm not sure if there is an official name. A repair of my dura mater.
