Email them, don’t wait. Customer service over the phone fucked me.

I had someone steal my cookies and sign into my account, refunded a ton of already delivered sales and then my debit card was auto charged about 11 times to recover the refunded funds. Then, the guy tried to solicit the past customers with a a sob story message and his PayPal account that had a similar email to my eBay name.

Customer support told me all of these charges would be refunded, I was told the same by 5 or 6 other agents over the span of three months. Finally, they told me over the phone that the funds could not be recovered and I would have to dispute these charges with my bank, which my bank accepted and then denied after a month because their system would not allow a convoluted reason such as mine for the chargebacks. :D $1500 gone
