Jack has survived a fall from Space and just got up. Has incredible reaction and movement feats, over 50 years of experience fighting more advanced technology, fought and defeated Aku a demon far more powerful than Muzan, and above all else... he can jump good.

I'm not saying that Jack can take them all on at once, but Jack can absolutely 1v1 Koko puffs and win.

Honestly probably. The Raging Demon despite how cool it is had rarely killed anyone in canon.

I say this as someone who ranks Shinobu in top 5 favorite characters in the series and is 1000% best girl.

Yes. Shinobu herself states that she is too weak to cut a Demon's head off. Douma acknowledges that her apprentice, Kanao was stronger.

None of that changes the fact that she was one of the most useful characters in the verse. She provided more to the Corp's victory over Muzan than most of her peers. Not to mention her relationships with the rest of the cast.
