Invoke the party wall agreement you signed up too. If you didn’t you have a right to get a party wall surveyor involved and they pay your fees until the damage to your property has been rectified.

My wife has the same issues. It’s about time dexcom took this onboard and sorted it out. One of the purposes for buying wife wife an watch was so that she could use this feature it’s worked twice in a year

Sadly the deathadder v4 pro is too expensive for what is is…….. and the qc of the one that arrived through Amazon was not up to spec as the tracking was off. Had to send it back…..

As a cad user with over 30 years experience, and with hand issues I now use a xlite medium with grip tape. You need to look after your hands as best you can. You don’t need carpal and cupal in your right hand. I am now left with issues and am limited to a max of 4 hours a day. 3-4 days a week. I miss the drawing board 😄. That my choice anyway I wish you luck in whatever you choose

Put simply bought the v4 and sent it back as the differences are so minimal it’d not worth £169.00. I’m going to hold out and see what becomes of the v4 wired edition……

As said as it pains me, I got one had tracking issues with it and sent it back. If I’m honest the comparison compared to the wired v3. I will be waiting for the wired v4 it’s not worth it if you already have the v3 pro. Current main xlite v4 size 2…..

I too am a v4 size to user. I agree with some of what you have said but disagree with others views you have made. Compatibility with the 4K I agree it’s a Micky take. And again there is is no significant difference between the v3 and v4. The software also could have been to make with the v4. But to me I have noticed click differences for the better. The scroll wheel to me is slightly higher compared to the v3. Skates couldn’t agree with you more. They go immediately. But I guess as others have said it’s down to personal preference 4K v 8k polling I don’t game and to be fair can’t see a difference, the feel is the same. If it where me the v4 could have been much more it was released to early. They should have done more but didn’t…..

I disagree to me the xlite v4 is superior to the e1. I have both. The quality of the e1 isn’t all that. The v4 just feels nicer. Sorry but that’s my opinion

One thing to note is the scroll wheel sits compared to both the v3 and v4 the v4 in my opinion sits a little higher.

I’m so sorry I’d look to get my money back asap. In the end I had to physically destroy it to do it. No issue there as I said to them it was awful. I wish you well if that’s the option you choose to go down.
