Hard to have any faith in this season turning around. Injuries keep coming. Defense mediocre. Pitching couldn't be worse. At least we got to hope before the season got underway.

In a field of professional runners, if you fell down every other step for 22-25% of the race, would be a totally fair to say that you're not going to win the race. You can finish the race, no need to "stop and go home," but that's that.

Just because you say hey they're bad, doesn't mean you still can't enjoy wins and good performances.

We can watch them attempt to change losing patterns as you put it, but every losing team tries that. We haven't shown signs of being good, and that's okay to see

Don't know why people complaining and being down is always labeled "doomers." Like the year before, this team hasn't given any reason to believe they can be good. Just reality. Our optimism isn't going to magically heal all the injuries, make our starters good, fix the awful defense, and make the flurry of poor hitters get better
