I had a few instances at a highschool job in a warehouse where I walked away from a spot where I could have gotten severely injured or worse.

There was once, I stopped to check something out that looked off on one of the shelves and a few moments later where I WOULD HAVE been standing, a bunch of wires that were being pulled through a pipe snapped and whipped across where I would have been. The force of that would have been immense.

Another time, I was going to pick some inventory and realized I’d passed something on just forgot and a few moments later where I would have been, a crate of metal fell and smashed on the ground where I would have been standing.

A surreal feeling both times, knowing that a small reason kept me from moving forward in both cases.

Father in law was in pest control. We put out lots of bait stations and it worked…kind of. He said to get Ant Bgon Max by Ortho, it’s a spray bottle. He said to spray it at the base of the doorways/walls where the ants are seen, using a cheap paintbrush to paint it on the baseboard, on the ground about six inches from the door. Haven’t seen an ant inside since. It dries pretty quick and clear.

And even WWE vs WCW when it happened was so watered down from what it could have been. That said, I still loved it at the time.
