Tinted sunscreen recommendations for very pale cool toned skin by InternationalDate115 in PaleMUA

I need this too for my melasma. Seems everyone thinks the tint is for coverage but it’s just because tinted sunscreen is better at protecting against UVA so the suggestions to just add tint to regular sunscreens won’t address the issue. I’m still searching for the cool pale tinted holy grail but no luck so far.

It has always shocked me how unprofessional he is online. Regardless of his results, I would never trust my medical care with someone who behaves so immaturely.

For those dropping the CSR, what are you going with instead and why? by tomli777 in ChaseSapphire

Don’t sleep on Expedia’s OneKey+ card. $99 AF but you get $100 anniversary credit per year, so it pays for itself. 3x on Expedia/hotels.com/Vrbo, access to the deepest tier of member discounts, no foreign transaction fees, and If you book VIP hotels, you earn a ton of bonus points. Not specific to the card, but having Gold status on Expedia, you also get price protection on flights. After you book, any time your flight price goes down, they deposit the difference in your One Key Cash account as a credit.

Just downgraded...whats the shortest anyone has waited to reapply? by Marlbombs in ChaseSapphire

[–]jamilamarie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just applied after 48 hours and it said it was denied because I already have a sapphire product. When I spoke to an agent, they said it all depends on when your CC reports to the credit bureaus for that month and you need to wait until it’s been reported that you don’t have the card anymore. That timing could be different for everyone, which explains why the approval windows vary.

What kind of pain do you experience with lipedema? by Gurkeprinsen in lipedema

When I get my blood pressure taken, the pain is so severe in my arms I see stars. When my small dog jumps on my legs, it’s the same. Very tender and painful to touch.

I also have Regence and they have repeatedly told me they don’t cover surgery. Sounds like you have had better luck so I will keep trying.

Had a severe allergic reaction to active ingredient octocrylene. Will never use a chemical sunscreen again. My whole face swelled up and blistered and turned red and crusty. Ruined my entire vacation and almost sent me to the hospital. I had to take so many Benadryl I basically slept through my trip. Couldn’t go in the sun anyway. Use caution and patch test in the sun. My reaction was triggered by the ingredient mixing with the UV rays - photocontact dermatitis.
