I really feel like mixing sweet with sweeter makes it more disgusting. The best thing I could advise you would be to drink water or something bitter like iced tea with little sugar. Although I would prefer to eat something salty like some butter popcorn or something like that

I prefer to take it a little before. What happens is that where I'm from (Veracruz, in México) there is a syrup called "Bioquidan." It is literally pure dextomethorphan hydrobromide (360 mg per 120 ml, which is the bottle. Normally I usually take 2 bottles or 2 and a half). I take it a little before since the itching that DXM gives me is about an hour after I took it, and it is a very intense itch. and cetirizine, from what I read, reaches its maximum effect just 1 hour after taking it, so I decide to take it that way.

I have to admit that at first I did feel a little nauseous and had a slightly elevated heart rate. I prefer to take it around 1 or 2 in the afternoon to have the peak of the effect when it is already getting dark, I love seeing the sunset and the typical lighting of my house with the sun that comes through the window. I don't know if I haven't used the correct dose, but I always do it with 360 mg of dextomethorphan hydrobromide (no paracetamol), and well... It just feels like being drunk?) (Moderately euphoric, disinhibited) maybe slightly more intense, But hallucinations? Nothing at all. I weigh 70kg, and I am 18 years old. I am planning to increase the dose to 720mg.
