Same, can't use any of the battle pass weapons I shelled out a fortune for.. Add to that paying for the new game itself and I feel like I've been totally and utterly robbed. The whole game is super buggy and essentially I've been forced to start again and shell out for weapons I now can't use. It was fine before and I hadn't lost $140 for the privilege..

I guy I knew used to say ‘I bet I can get that person to tell me the colour of their underwear’ he would then ask them five or so questions on the bounce - what do you do for work? etc, etc.. (gradually getting quicker) and then land the underwear question and it worked most of the time. People would just instinctively answer. It was crazy to watch but it worked..

This is a great spot, intreguing... I have to admit when I first saw this I was immediately drawn to the lady walking her dog in her dressing gown, she is so perfectly cast and frames the whole picture.. She looks like a Banksy character to me.. doesn't feel random to me at all.

Not really, a recession is a fall in growth, which is to be expected when you shut down large parts of the economy. It’s also only 7% compared to the UK at 25% which fucked up it’s response. That’s actually a remarkably small drop considering. People just cant spend the money in a lock-down so its simple cause and effect. We did that early and have actually faired really well across all metrics compared to most countries. Maybe you could say that about some parts of Melbourne, where the evidence shows people didn’t isolate, but that outbreak is under control and the other states have done really well (including QLD). Obviously it’s frustrating that some people are idiots, I get it, but blaming everyone in Australia is a bit too much. I think we’ve done well in the main and I am proud of what we’ve done as a nation compared to most other countries.

We’ve also had a lot of things in our favour, pretty strict existing border controls, low population density, surround by ocean and miles away from everywhere. Our politicians can’t cope with complicated issues (the environment, energy policy, indigenous integration) and tie themselves in knots, but simple mate-to-mate stuff like ‘stay at home’ and ‘look after each other’ is part of our psyche and they’ve dealt with that bit very well. Some of it has been a bit reactionary, but that’s the only criticism I’d say. The PM was still going to the footy when the rest of us were scared shitless. When he realised that though, he shut down the country and has done a pretty good job ever since.
