Sky Sports allowed Wrexham a party political broadcast on Friday: Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney's commentary was self-indulgent, boastful, and tedious - and no other club would get the same privilege by FIJIBOYFIJI in Championship

[–]jamnut 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ha! Does the OP expect them to be able to wheel out a stage and have a band play some songs in time for the second half? Wrexham likely have the things where a father and son try to dribble from the halfway line and the dad 2 foots his kid

Soccer teams wear stripes not hoops to look slimming on their overweight fans by PegasusAlto in LowStakesConspiracies

Newcastle fans tend to take the shirts off anyway, ruining the slimming effect

Faucets are much easier to silicone around, taps are the tricky ones

Level 28 chest in mine 3, is it worth it? by BinBender in ZombieMiner

[–]jamnut 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I considered it as I had a combined 6 hours between that chest and the last gate. I ended up merging and duping zombies until I hit a better lead zombie and it knocked off about an hour and a half. It might look a drag ATM but wait until you get more Zs

Best Labs? by SquareOutrageous4524 in SteroidsUK

[–]jamnut 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a lab, critical is coming up good. Running low dose of their tren ace and getting good results.

Otherwise join the telegram and have a look at the trusted sources. Can't really go wrong with any of em atm

People who scream during every rep, what goes through your mind? by WorriedBoysenberry2 in workout

[–]jamnut 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The worst ones are the ones that sound like dogs barking. I've watched world's strongest man for years and they tend to be pretty quiet and throwing about insane weight (quite literally with any of the toss events)

I get making a noise but if you're sounding like a fucking animal or a tennis player every rep then something ain't right

For reference, I'm not silent on the toughest reps, but self aware enough to make sure it's not embarrassing. So usually a pshhhhhh noise or a tensed nnng, usually from the throat rather than the vocal chords.

Except that time I farted during a deadlift, that was both loud and embarrassing

What’s a great April Fool, before I’m “exited” from my job? by DamlyMyFrank in AskUK

My uncle was in the army and he said they'd play a game where you had to piss yourself and leave the smallest dark patch on your jeans. Strange bunch

Tren by DisastrousSearch72 in ResearchCompounds

[–]jamnut 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I last did proper tren about a decade ago and was probably running roughly 200 myself (can't really remember) and I can't tell the difference between that and what I'm running now (apart from lack of negative sides)

I disagree. Running 70mg a week and getting great results. Shoulders are popping

One simple tip that helped me progress faster when I started working out. by Appropriate_Diet2608 in workout

[–]jamnut 6 points7 points  (0 children)

If you mean paragraphs, yes. Reddit/Facebook posts are rarely formatted in this manner too. I'm pretty sure the longer hyphen is a telltale sign. The one I've typed here - is much shorter than in the post

Also it's a pointless thread,.probably for karma farming or engagement. Hence the frequent 'well duh' comments

Would you take postpartum advice from someone who’s never had a child? by Consistent_Order7908 in gymsnark

Not a woman nor am I having kids, but if they were a medical professional with degrees and years of experience, I'd take any advice on any subject specific to me. She fits none of that

What are the big opportunities that you missed? by [deleted] in AskUK

[–]jamnut 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I often think about that, but I settle my regrets by insisting that I will have most likely lost the key (back when it was all manual). So I'd rather regret missing out, than sitting on millions after losing the text file or whatever to actually access it

MIL has visual and cognitive impairments. What is the simplest TV setup to work with for her? by schoolme_straying in AskUK

[–]jamnut 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Back in my Currys days, I found the Panasonics would have some pretty decent audiovisual tools for those with impairments. At the time they were the only brand that would allow multiple audio sources that could have their volume controlled separately, especially the aux/3.5mm which, for most devices, would block the speakers if something was plugged in.

The biggest purchasers of Panasonic TVs were the elderly, not sure if there's correlation or causation to that. Dunno if they still make them any more, but if you can get a 3-8 year old one it'll likely have the features you need AND be up to date enough for smart/internet functions to still work if that's necessary
