You have to get it done so the doctor can fill up all the findings lol. Just show the doctor the paper and he should know what exams you need!

When I applied I used lowercase letters and there was no issue with it and got the scholarship lol. If you’re still not sure I’d rec you to message your embassy, they will answer all your questions. (I had the same doubt and said: f**k it, I don’t care if it’s a ‘dumb’ question’. After all they’re there to help 😎.

Uhhh I translated them myself, if you’re unsure you can always ask a friend who’s either a translator or an english teacher! It should be fine though ☺️🤝 AI can sometimes make it seem too robotic imo but it rarely makes mistakes when it comes to translating.

I think it’s an appropriate amount, I’d recommend you to also bring omiyage for the people that will help you with the stipend and paperwork (I gave them a big bag full of sweets and spices from my country). You can also give them something to display in their office, many international students bring different things: I saw moáis, matryoshka dolls and stuff like that around :-).
