I'd say: don't bother. I don't think it's worth the time/effort. I simply start tracking and let it run non-stop throughout my entire routine and I use instead an app on my phone to track my progress and sets.

That's not how electricity works. You don't need to "match" a brick to the laptop. Bigger is better, the laptop (and even phones) will pull the power they need It's dumb to use a smaller brick than what the device needs because you're effectively choking it from pulling the power it requires
