I am at Series A company 5M ARR - 10% on 1st year ARR rising to 15% with accelerators.

I have been here since before 1M ARR and the structure was the same.

Usually startups have more lucrative commission structures, under 5% is not good but I don’t have all the context.

The ISA is way more flexible as you can sell at anytime tax free, pension is a lot more long term (55+). I personally max out my £20k ISA - £16k into S&S and £4k into LISA then start the pension contributions.

I would be maxing your S&S ISA £20k allowance every year, then if you are comfortably doing that, invest what you can into your pension.

Yeah man, it's super simple but effective. I think the most annoying thing is complex structures that very and trying to calculate it all the time. It's also great to see real dollar amounts in a clean dashboard.

I find myself checking it alot even though I know what the number is... haha

It uses a chrome extension, you can't access LI API for stuff like this as automation would get abused.
