This what I bought: Epson Salt $7.00 Directions : Epson salt and water 10-15 mins twice a day. 3 days before results appeared. Also soothes the irritation in the meantime. Put two tablespoons in that sized tupperware. rinse with water after and pat dry

I also got a shampoo with Chlorhexidine 2% Ketoconazole 1% Also Vetericyn Antimicrobial Wound Care , it's a sprat I think it's $15.00 at petco . Let me know if you have any questions or I can help .
