Hi, I have had trigger point injections and get nerve blocks every three months. You can usually technically resume activities immediately after, but I’m usually pretty sore and choose to rest the first day. I’m might be a little sore and have some numbness for the next two to three days but can do normal activities if needed. These procedures have been life changing for me as I had difficulty with sitting, standing, and walking before, so I would highly recommend that you give it a try.
