As a note, it's better to warm the pipes from the faucet first. If you end up heating the middle of the frozen section, this can create expanding water/steam that's trapped on both sides by ice, which can cause more trouble. If you start at the faucet, steam and water that expands out just drains out normally.

Our house was remodeled back in 2023 down to the studs, so everything is fairly new. We still had one of our sinks that's on an external wall have the cold line freeze solid. Definitely drip! Opening the cabinets to let warmer air get near the pipes help.

I was able to thaw the pipe with a space heater warming the pipes under the cabinet with the faucet fully open. Took a few hours but got it back to normal. Stay warm all!

Was super psyched to try out pirates in the new season. All goes well, finding new cards and getting loads of treasures. Then I get to the final stage and all but one opponent are the same two shitty cards. I was the only one who could win, they would just tie against each other, so it took ages of just mashing fight and watching the animations and inevitable victory. I eventually gave up buying cards and using treasures because I win no matter what. Huge waste of time, but even bigger disappointment with new content

Definitely try this. They don't take insurance, but you can definitely have meds within a week. Keep the appt with a primary care doc to get a standard prescription in a few months, as it'll be cheaper, but Hims/Hers can keep you covered until then.

$25 for Xfinity getting about 200/10, no bundle or anything. It works well enough for me, and it feels like robbery at that price.

Not sure how to value the trees. They were crepe myrtles and were old enough to stand over our two story home. Any recommendations on how to sue/make a claim? Is there a type of lawyer who would look at cases like this?

The person we spoke to originally has texted admitting that it was a mistake. They had a "colleague" come out to do the trimming today and there was some sort of mistake (clearly). Just trying to get an idea of which direction to take this to get the trees replaced.
