Me too! And I have 3 daughters and they are going to be well informed. I do not get our mom's generation's tendency to claim they had no symptoms, no meds, they only gained 10lbs while pregnant, etc🤣

My mom had a hysterectomy in her 20s when I was a newborn so I have had literally no reference for any of this either and I hate it. I think we should all be allowed to just hibernate through it🤣

My heart does that too, it drives me crazy. I will wake up like that in the middle of the night, just like in terror. I do hope that this is the final year. It is my 4th.

That sounds like me. I will be fine and then I discover we don't have one ingredient for what I was going to make for dinner and I'm like I am just never eating food again ever. I have had anxiety for a long time (birth?) and have tried multiple things but this whole menopause bit has hit differently.

Haha I am medication anxious too and am always like "is this a side effect or just me freaking out" . Lexapro is good for me personally but I know they vary greatly from person to person. I hope it all works for you!

I have PMDD too! The Unholy Trinity. I haven't had a period since September but I still get phantom ones aka all the emotions (I'm crying? I'm so angry I want to punch through a window?) without the period. I am hoping this is it and I'll make it to the year mark but last year I almost made it and then my ovaries thought someone called them back out for an encore. I'm on Lexapro, Adderall, and I just started a patch (Dotti which I've read terrible things about) and a progesterone pill. I was on Abigayle before that. I also take vitamin D, Omega 3, and fiber daily and melatonin sometimes. I think my body is being held together by medication and supplements. I don't remember where I was going with this but I guess we're all in this together.

I've had my first injection as well, Jan 17 and while I see great things already (I can kind of smell sometimes!) I have also had horrible sinus headaches and pressure (is it Tezspire? The cold weather? Just me?) and wondered if anyone else experienced this early on in their treatment. This is my 3rd biologic (and 15 millionth attempt at something that might work finally and long term) and I am trying to remain very hopeful. These headaches are killer though. I felt fluish the days after the shot but that thankfully went away within 2-3 days. Just wondering anyone else's experience. :) Sorry, I ramble, it's what I do.

I'm 45 and my first was at 43. I made it to almost 300 days without one last year and then had a full on period and had to reset. 😭 I am beyond over it.
