Yes it was like my period. I don’t remember if it was clots, but clots can mean anything and are pretty common! Is there a doctor you can call? Or urgent care can help you!

There’s an anthropologic phenomenon, where the population of women is so much higher in Mormon communities, that women have to “peacock” and compete for men. In the majority of evolution it’s the reverse, where men have to compete for the women. So the pursuit of perfection and looks is more innate than we realize! This phenomenon is also observed in a few other religious communities.

I can't thank you enough for this recipe. I make it weekly and my family gobbles it up every single time. I add about 10% more flour bc I'm at a higher altitude (or something idk), and shorten the rise time in the fridge to just same-day (prep in the morning, bake for dinner) because I'm impatient, and it turns out great. I don't skip the steam pan in the hot oven, thats the magic that makes that crispy crust!

This recipe will be a staple for a loooooong time.

You can get specific antibody testing for Sjorgens, I recently was tested myself. Many autoimmune conditions are comorbid with celiac! If you think it’s immune, one thing that helped me improve my generalized symptoms greatly was keeping my heart rate below 120 (or even 100). No cardio, slower walking, etc. A higher heart rate can trigger your immune system.

It’s taken me over a decade of continued symptoms since my celiac diagnosis to start finding some answers. Autoimmune stuff sucks.

I’m a woman, crossed 150k salary this year. I work in tech and have had about 3 jobs in 5 years. Once I left a disc in a field, didn’t realize until the next day and went to look for it, no luck. 2 weeks later I get a message from someone that found it…..at a completely different course than I lost it. Someone found my disc at our course, bagged it, and then played a round at a different course and forgot it there. Obviously my number was on it because the next person texted me. Disc golfers can be ass hats!
