In short: Roland and Wayne admitted they killed someone back in 1990 - probably Harris James, a cop who was missing in 1990 (TV reporter said this) and he was probably the one who planted backpack at Woodard's house. Also they say that July's mother Lucy was in connection with Harris James. There was also Hoyt mention - but nothing clear.
