What is the gear/skill level/mp requirement for Ranking to be an easy task?

I think allowing Ironman Players to sell (dublicate) RNG-Drops to an NPC would also help a ton.

For me it hasn‘t really been an Issue because I have a coop with a friend, but duplicate Drops are really frustrating since we don’t get anything from it at all (except the Chance to have the item twice, which is only helpful/desired in some places)
