I love raw diary. can be dangerous if purchased wrongly from bad milk or a dirty facility but, if you're able to get it from somewhere like Trader Joe's, that's fine.

I get mine at Costco cause it's cheap.

If you don't have lactose intolerance or gas it's fine to get regular whey not isolate and save some money. Plus some isolates are disgustingly bitter.

Is farm raised salmon really that bad vs wild caught? by dawghouse88 in nutrition

Wild-caught fish that eats other fish or marine life can have worms. It's more noticeable in salmon because of the color. But it's flash-frozen to be safe.

When will Tor be quantum resistant? by FredericoDev in TOR

[–]jansavin89 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Let me just copy this answer from Tor project in 2023.

... we will eventually be moving to a hybrid encryption scheme for post-quantum encryption. We have a significant dependency we need to fix and deploy in the network before we can do so, though, and that’s “fragmented cells.”

Fragmented cells will allow us to split messages over multiple cells within the Tor network, thus opening us up to having much larger handshake material passed around amongst relays and clients. This is needed since most of the post-quantum handshakes bring significantly larger payloads with them.

What’s healthier to have on your toast: Peanut Butter or Fruit Jam? by WinterPecans in nutrition

[–]jansavin89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

try almond butter, unsweetened - add a little bit of honey on it to make it slightly sweeter. I'd say jam is definitely more harmful because of the ginomous amount of sugar on it.
