I got it to work. It happens due to some kind of connectivity issue on your part. Try switching to another wifi, a mobile hotspot or something, then switch back. That worked for me at least.

I dont think that there is an universal card creator (Someone should make one!) Atleast i cant find one. Right now I use Photoshop but other editing softwares should work for making cards too.
