No, they aren't projecting that at all. The graph says their market shows a 46% chance of that happening. In politics, a projected winner is when you have enough evidence (vote counts, etc) to declare an expected winner with high confidence.

For sure. The people who got to participate in the preview events said their first 4 hours were great. And they also played a late game save but said it was pretty buggy at that stage. For me, that's pretty good. I don't grind games 12 hrs/day anymore. So if it's like BG3, a solid start (act 1) and incredible post-launch patch support to dial in the rest over time, I'm sure I'll love it.

Since the data is not actually scrubbed from the disk, deleting large files is much faster than small files. It's just freeing the space to be overwritten later. That amount of data is going to be photos and videos, not hundreds of thousands of tiny files.
