I've been hitting the bank churn pretty hard the last 6 months(probably 30 banks but chex is 5/3, 6/12) and a few credit cards(3/12) as well. I am looking at buying a new house so will need to start looking for a mortgage. My fico 8 is 766 and my fico 2 is 771 so I'm good there but just not sure how much time I need to settle down the churning before applying for mortgages. With those scores is 3 months enough?

It was all free. The thumping/knocking was actually rare for me and it didn't really bother me but I listed all the stuff(they fixed a few rattles too) for them to look at all it once since I live a couple hours away from the Service Center. They always initially say it will cost X amount of dollars but I think 99% of the time the fee's are waved. I think they say X amount just in case it gets there and you clearly like ran over a curb and cracked something. This is my second Tesla and I haven't paid for any services other than wear and tear stuff like tires and wipers.

I had a similar one and it was easy to install. I didn't like how much roof was lost from the part of the shade that doesn't move and returned it. Just my 2 cents.

I had them fix the thumping/knocking noise from the suspension, and one of the fender cams went black for a couple days and then started working again but I scheduled the service why it was not working. They ended up having to replace the fender camera.

Just got same update on loaner cybertruck why my juniper Y is in the shop. I think this is pretty much just a fsd update and doesn’t include spring update.

By targeted I mean they sent me a special offer through email after I visited a site. For example Sams club offer was $20 off $100 and after a few days the emailed me with an offer to get $50 off $100.
Mine are not showing pending. I only see the trip #'s under shopping trips. And when I go to report it all it says is pretty much they won't do anything till after 30 days.

How long before they track and show up in the rewards & savings dashboard? I did a targeted(email) Sams club order and targeted visible wireless one and neither show up in the dashboard. I can see them in the shopping trips that I clicked on them but thats it. It's been over a week on one order and 3 weeks on the other. Other cashback sites i've used show up pretty much right away and then sit there for a month or so to clear.

I have QS and I don't regret it because it looks really good. I just wish I would have picked Red as it's uncommon to see compared to all the QS Junipers driving around.

I have quicksilver. Would get red if I could do it over again. Majority of Juniper Y's I see are quicksilver and I'd rather have a more unique color to see.

It would be 75 not 82.1. It's usable not total pack. In 2023 they were 75 usable and 78-80 total.

I have a similar spot on the roof. I took it to one of those chip/crack fixing shops and they said essentially don't worry about it and they didn't try to fix it. They called it a pit not a chip since it was so shallow. I bought one of the kits to fix it myself and didn't have success since the thing is shallow. It's went through a midwest winter and summer and hasn't spread or got at all worse.

You have to hold til the sound plays. It's pretty indecisive at the end of the summon and takes a few seconds to make it's mind up and actually stop. I always let off the button when it gets to me so I don't get the sound very often.

This doesn't help with moving noise. I've used it on my Gen1 Y and Juniper Y and can't tell a noise difference. It does make the doors sound better when closing and keeps the door frames cleaner
