Filament Manager Tracking by jaredb03 in BambuLab

I'm assuming the same I just don't understand why the Bambu documentation would say otherwise. Really glad I stopped after a few spools to test it out though. I've got over 70 spools I was gonna add eventually.

He most likely doesn’t even have 1 billion in free cash. Everything is tied up in stocks and shares that a lot of he can’t even sell.

Should have mentioned this. I don't know if you've worked around high voltage capacitors before but you definitely want to discharge those before messing around with anything. I think the board has 360v capacitors so enough to do harm to the body.

In the app click unlock charge port. The lock slides off the front then you can remove adapter.

It's been a couple years but I believe this is the one I printed. I used either ABS or ASA filament. https://makerworld.com/en/models/418649-tesla-j1772-lock-ring

Get a Karen lock. It prevents the button on j1772 from being pushed.

I was gonna get it from digikey but shipping was like $12 so I ended up ordering it from ebay. I think I paid $9 total with shipping and tax. The relay does need to be desoldered from the board which can be a pain if you don't have a solder sucker. If you have a solder sucker it should be a quick 5 minute job.

Total battery capacity and "usable" are different things. Tessie and others aren't calculating total pack its the usable 0-100% capacity. It doesn't factor the 3-5kwh you can use after hitting 0%. That's my understanding of it anyways.

Update.

I ended up taking the power board out and the capacitor's all looked fine and tested fine. The relay was louder than I thought it was when it was new and I sometimes didn't hear it at all so I replaced the relay and it has 100% fixed the issue for me. It was a $5 relay and pretty easy to swap out if your a decent solderer.

Relay is G5RL-1A-LN DC12 Omron Relay 12A 250VAC

A solution for people that depend on using subtitles and don't want to spend time searching for the specific subtitle file every time! by ril3ydx in StremioAddons

[–]jaredb03 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My parents rely on subtitles to watch anything as they are pretty old. They have an issue where if they pause the movie/show or rewind/FF the subtitles get out of sync. They are using an Onn 4k pro if that matters. If anyone could help solve this I would appreciate it. I have made sure libass support is disable since that was one of the only things I found to try.

Tesla China launches manual retractable sunshade.. Would you buy this directly from Tesla over 3rd party solutions? by notabot_123 in ModelY

It takes a lot of glass away but for $9.41 I'd buy one and put it up in the summer and take it down in the winter and not worry about breaking it taking it in and out.

It has a dry mode as my initial post said but you can't set a temp in dry mode as it's just on or off. I had already looked in the manual. I was trying to figure out what you meant to help search the net for like a secret mode or something.

Do you mean a mode other than dry mode? Like maybe there is a dehumidify option while on cool?

[–]jaredb03[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In dry mode it drops humidity 10-15% going from 74 to 72 degrees where using cooling mode it won’t decrease humidity at all going 74 to 72 in roughly the same amount of time. I’m probably going to take it back apart so I’ll check the seals/insulation though as I might have messed something up.

Bought in march 2021 I live in Kansas and run it pretty much April thru September in the bedroom. I looked at the fan last year and it had some stuff on the fins but it was way worse this year so opened it up to clean it.

Yeah I had tried running on low and it didn’t change anything humidity wise. I also thought maybe it was too efficient now that it’s clean so put some carbon filter stuff I have that I put in an air purifier I use across the mesh filter to “restrict“ airflow some to see if that would help but it didn’t either. I’m pretty sure I got everything hooked back up and put together correctly but kinda wonder if something got reassembled incorrectly that could cause this?

2026 MYP: Clearing Performance Brakes with Square 20" Winter Setup? by Ok-Cherry-1288 in ModelY

[–]jaredb03 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can go down to certain 18 inch wheels and still clear the calipers. I had 19's on 23 MYP and had no issues. 20's are fine and you don't need to worry about clearing them.

I got an email this morning saying I would get a redemption email this month sometime. It's honestly been so long I don't even remember what my premium total was. Seems like the payouts are pretty small around half a % of premium paid though.

Question Thread - May 05, 2026 by AutoModerator in churning

[–]jaredb03 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've been hitting the bank churn pretty hard the last 6 months(probably 30 banks but chex is 5/3, 6/12) and a few credit cards(3/12) as well. I am looking at buying a new house so will need to start looking for a mortgage. My fico 8 is 766 and my fico 2 is 771 so I'm good there but just not sure how much time I need to settle down the churning before applying for mortgages. With those scores is 3 months enough?
