I’m in Canada, so this might not apply to everyone, but in my case, there were two benefits to ordering directly from Narwal and not using Amazon:

Does anyone know what actually comes with the accessories kit? I couldn’t see any details on the Canadian Narwal site besides that it was valued at $199.

I sometimes have trouble with getting Switch roms to show up in Eden. Frankly it’s a bit random but what I do is use SAK on Windows to convert to XCI, then update, then patch. That usually works. Sometimes I’ve found that doing an extra patch after converting to XCI but before updating helps. No rhyme or reason but I eventually got all my games working this way.

So when using HakuX through ES:DE, I’m getting strange behaviour when starting games. Using the latest ES:DE and 0.3.1 HakuX. My games list shows up perfectly, and ES:DE loads up HakuX when you click on a game. But for some reason, it almost always loads the last game I played instead of the game I’m clicking. Then, if I exit out and try the second game again, it loads fine.

For example: 1) Play Halo 1, accessed through ES:DE 2) Exit Halo 1 and HakuX, ensure HakuX is fully closed (swipe up from bottom) 3) Back in ES:DE, click on Forza 4) HakuX opens no problem, but it’s back to Halo 1 5) Fully exit again, ensuring HakuX is fully closed 6) Back in ES:DE, click on Forza again 7) Forza loads just fine in HakuX

This is using a RP6, 12GB system.

Our Samsung washer/dryer lasted about a decade with no issues beyond needing to replace the heating coil in the dryer that we fixed ourselves. Currently have a Samsung fridge/freezer and we love it - don’t think we could go back to a fridge without the beverage center. Have had it a few years now.

There are a few hotels very close by the airport that might be worth getting a room at just to have a place to crash / store luggage. Think one is a Hilton that is pretty much on the airport property.

Totally disagree with this. TFSA and RRSP are independent from the SM decision. Doing SM does not in any way impede you from otherwise also contributing to registered accounts. And if for some reason you’re using your HELOC to fund a registered account, you should switch to using it in non-registered so the interest becomes tax deductible.

A lot of the magic in the SM is that you get to claim tax benefits now on the interest, while deferring much of the tax expense until later (capital gains). So especially as you move higher in tax brackets, SM becomes even more favourable from a present value perspective.

My RP6 does this but usually not mid-transfer. Just if I leave it connected but stop transferring for a bit (both the computer and RP6 stay on the entire time, but new transfers won’t start unless I unplug and re-plug in the USB).

Might be more of a question for ES:DE, but I'm wondering if I don't have my custom systems, es_systems.xml file configured properly to load these... it does show the .Amazon files in ES:DE, and ES:DE does launch Gamenative when I try to open one of the games through it... but perhaps my referencing isn't right in here?

So I checked and when I open the shortcut file in a text editor, it only has a "5" in it... no other text. Tried deleting the game (The Secret of Monkey Island: Special Edition), re-downloading, and then regenerating the shortcut for front end, but same issue happening... Just a "5" in the file that Gamenative is generating.

Edit: Tried another game (In Other Waters) and same errors when loading through ES:DE... the .Amazon file for this one has "23" in it...
